The search for countdowns new host may be over as early reports suggest that Bradley Walsh could step into Des O’Connors shoes.
It was only last month when Des O’Connor decided to leave the Channel 4 tv game show to pursue new projects.
Walsh is a Former Coronation Street star, who played Mike Baldwin’s son and new boss of the factory Danny Baldwin. He is now expected to sign a three-month contract with the programme.
A source told the Daily Star Sunday: “Bradley is the perfect Countdown presenter. He is already a household name and is adored by millions of housewives across the country.”
