The new spy drama, titled Spooks: Code 9, is currently being shot in Bradford and will hit screens later this year.
The new spooks series called Code 9 is being filmed in Bradford and is due to be aired later this year.
Set in 2013, London has been cleared following a nuclear attack and the MI5 must set up offices across the UK to try and piece together what has happened.
I expect to see this series replicate the original Spooks’ entertainment value.

Fed up with crappy breaks whilst watching the latest formula one race?
Well never fear, from 2009 the BBC will have exclusive rights to F1. It has been 12 years since they last had the contract. The contract will see F1 action broadcast on the website as well as TV and Radio.
It should be noted that ITVs formula one coverage was really in depth and great to watch, however it was the annoying ad breaks and the fact that they would rather show Coronation Street rather than broadcast the race live that ruined it for me.
This seems to be backed up by Bernie Ecclestones comments where he goes on to say, “It’s not that we are unhappy with ITV but I think maybe they will have their hands full with other things and maybe the BBC can service us a bit better. “
So roll on 2009 for some decent uninterrupted F1 coverage

Remember those Birds Eye Fish Finger adverts when you were young?
Well John Hewer who played Captain Birds Eye for over 30 years passed away on Sunday.
A spokesman for Birds Eye said that they are saddened to hear he had died. They go on to say that John was very much part of the family and their thoughts are with his.
A testament to how good the branding was for Birds Eye is the fact that in 1993 Captain Birds Eye was voted the most recognized captain after Captain Cook.
Good news for James Bond fans. Quantum of Solace will be released earlier than expected. The producers have quoted 31st October as the release date.
Filming is in full flow already in Panama and the United States having completed filming in Pinewood Studios in January.
Quantum of Solace follows on from Casino Royale where Bonds heart was broken when the girl he loved was killed. So as you can guess, Bond will not rest until he finds her killer.
The 26 year old former Hear’Say star won the title after an amazing performance on the night with all sixes in her main performance outscoring the favorite, Hollyoaks’ Chris Fountain.
Her performance visibly moved all of the judges and co-presenter Holly Willoughby such was the quality. Judge, Jason Gardiner, who usually picks faults with routines, said “You are the whole package. You have a champion performance”
Suzanne didn’t have an easy ride to the final though. She cracked a rib and an ankle bone during rehearsals for the show but still managed to pull off some of the best performances ever seen on the Dancing On Ice series.
Favorite for the title, Chris Fountain, had been accused of having an unfair advantage over the competition because of his experience with playing ice hockey. The Hollyoaks star, who looked gutted when the result was announced said he gave it his all and pushed himself as hard as he could and acknowledged that the difficulty had been incredible.

ITV and Formula One Management have struck a deal whereby they get the UK online rights for Formula 1 on itv.com/f1. This coincides with the first race of the season which starts this weekend in Australia.
This will see ITV stream live video of the races along with the practice sessions on Friday. This is not broadcast on any channel in the UK.
The full content to be streamed includes:
- Video footage, including race highlights
- Live streaming of Friday practices
- Live streaming of race and qualifying
- 30 day catch up service of the F1 coverage
- Video clips from press conferences with drivers and team members
Director of News and Sport for ITV, Mark Sharman, says that it is a great example of how we are using ITVs digital channels and new media platforms to extend the award winning coverage of sport to complement the big events on ITV1.
Formula One Management added that with UK audience figures reaching their highest levels, it is only natural to add to this with the introduction of online rights to complement ITVs coverage.
