Most of us think its confusing enough but Executive producer Damon Lindelof wants to confuse views further in season 5 of the smash TV series Lost.
Lindelof announced his plans at the Comic-Con convention in San Diego, he admitted that the opening scenes should leave views a little disorientated.
He explained: “When season five starts, you won’t know when or where you are. And the way we tell stories will be different too.”
Also, Lindelof’s fellow Executive producer Carlton Cuse was relieved to have an end date for the TV series. It is due to draw to a close after the 6th season in 2010.
“For us it was a huge advantage to get an end date to the show and that really allowed us to turn a corner,” he said. “We knew exactly how much story we had left. It really invigorated series four and it’s been very exciting as we plan series five now.”
For a keen Lost fan i personally look forward to finally getting some questions answered like whats the deal with the polar bears and the big monster flying around? Hopefully all will be revealed in the next two additions to the TV show.

Tom Cruise’s classic ‘Top Gun’ is about to have a second addition added to its ranks. The sequel to the hit Movie has now been written.
Cruise has already been approached about playing Maverick again but this time as a Top Gun instructor trying to teach a cocky new female pilot. The inspiration for the sequel came from the success of films such as Rocky & Indiana Jones which came out earlier this year.
“The idea is Maverick is at the Top Gun school as an instructor - and this time it is he who has to deal with a cocky new female pilot,” said a source.
Top Gun, was released back in 1986 and is still a must see movie even 22 years on. It is still unknown when the sequel is due to hit the screens as its still in development, so die hard Maverick will still have to wait some time yet. The original starred familiar faces such as Val Kilmer, Kelly McGillis and Tim Robbins.

Its offical Nip/Tuck will draw to a close after six seasons.
The programme has been running since 2005 with great success! It follows actors Julian McMahon and Dylan Walsh as plastic surgeons and will end with its 100th episode in early 2011.
FX president John Landgraf confirmed that he didnt want the show to run any longer to avoid comprimising the shows quality.
“It’s really hard to be commercially successful and creatively excellent, especially when you have serialised shows,” he told reporters on Tuesday. “I believe they have a diminishing return. If you had 150 episodes of The Sopranos or The Shield, you would diminish the calibre of those shows.”
We are in season 5 at the moment and the last 8 of 22 episodes will be aired in 2009 and the final season if expected to be shown in 2010.
Prison Break writers have changed their mind about the new and upcoming spin off Prison Break: Cherry Hill.
It was going to be linked to the original ‘Prison Break’, which would have shown an introduction of a new female character that would of eventually transfer over to the new spin off. This idea has now been scrapped and instead, will show a whole new cast based in a female prison instead.
“We had trouble casting for it … then the strike happened,” said exec producer Matt Olmstead at a TCA session yesterday. “By the time we resumed the season, we decided to scrap the idea of doing it that way.”
“The new show will be more like CSI: Miami is to CSI and less a spin off, because it will be a new character altogether,” said co-executive producer Zack Estrin.
Olmstead added: “We’re in the homestretch of writing it. Then we’ll cast it, and then we’ll hopefully shoot it and get it on the air.”
