Chris Tarrant is to be the host for ITV’s brand new prime-time game show called ‘The Colour Of Money’.
Contestants have to pick from ten coloured cash machines which contain anywhere from £1000 and £20,000. The catch is that the machines will lock down after a pre-programmed maximum is hit, if this happens then they leave with nothing.
Tarrant said: “When I saw The Colour Of Money, I thought it was brilliant. It’s a simple format and creates such tension.
“It seems so easy, but our coloured cash machines prove that there’s not always a pot of gold at the end of every rainbow.”
